Responsive Without Making Promises We Can't Keep
We make every effort to respond to calls, texts, and messages during normal business hours as promptly as possible. Most messages will receive a response within a few hours, while time-sensitive matters are prioritized based on the needs of the transaction.
During Business Hours
We aim to respond to calls, texts, and emails within a few hours during normal business hours. When we're actively assisting another client, showing property, negotiating, or handling a transaction matter, our response may take longer.
Time-Sensitive Matters
Offers, deadlines, inspection concerns, contract questions, and other transaction-related matters receive priority. We work to acknowledge important issues promptly and communicate the appropriate next step.
Evenings & Weekends
Real estate does not always happen between nine and five. We remain attentive to active transactions outside normal business hours, while recognizing that some messages may be answered the following business day.
When We're Unavailable
When Shelly is with a client, showing property, on the phone, or otherwise unavailable, our Executive Assistant is available to help keep communication and tasks moving. With dedicated support behind the scenes, we can provide timely follow-up, coordinate next steps, and make sure important questions and needs are addressed without unnecessary delays.

Communication is more than simply returning messages. We strive to keep you informed about important updates, upcoming deadlines, feedback, next steps, and anything that may affect your transaction.

Being responsive does not mean sending a rushed answer. When a question requires research, coordination, or careful consideration, we take the time to provide accurate and useful information rather than simply responding for the sake of speed.
